With a background in technology and management, and with experience in hiring, founder noticed some features he and his collegues miss in current Applicant Tracking System solutions.
Initial Challenge
After talking with a bunch of HR professionals, he identified significant gaps in existing Application Tracking Systems (ATS). Leveraging his network and insights, the client set a goal to create a SaaS solution for the hiring process.
Our Approach
Since client already had a clear image of the product, target audience and first steps in distribution (through his network), we spent some time to deeply understand his idea, vision and product direction, and started the development of the software product right away. Our goal - create a full scale web application for all sides of the hiring process.
Development Process
- Discovery and Planning: We conducted in-depth discussions with the client to fully grasp the product vision and map out the development strategy.
- Landing Page Development: We kicked off by creating an engaging landing page to introduce the product and capture early interest.
- Internal Web Portal MVP: We developed the core functionality for internal portal, focusing on essential features for recruiters and interviewers.
- Careers Page MVP: We built a customizable careers page for companies, allowing applicants to view jobs, apply, and track their progress.
- MVP to MLP: We refined both the internal portal and careers page based on initial user feedback.
- Admin Control Center: Finally, we developed a comprehensive control center for administrators to oversee and manage the entire application.
